Description:
You can make these with any mince that is handy, they have turned out lovely with turkey and beef mince.

The spices mean you don't have to add any extra salt, extra healthy.

Prep. Time: 30 mins
Ingredients:

500g minced meat of your choice
2 or 3 onions, chopped very small or blended into mush
Garlic to your preference (I use 6 bulbs but we're garlic
freaks :))
4 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tbsp coriander, fresh or ground
2 eggs beaten
Enough breadcrumbs to bind it all together
You can also put some curry powder in, 4 tsp or 1/2 tsp
chilli powder if you like spicy.
Directions:
  1. Heat the oven to about gas mark 4 or 5

  2. Put the mince and spices into a bowl and mix well

  3. Add the eggs and breadcrumbs, mix

  4. Form the mixture into seperate meatballs about the size of a golf ball

  5. Put the meatballs on some greaseproof paper on a baking tray

  6. Bake for about 25 - 30 mins

  7. Serve with whatever you like, I usually have pasta and a tomato sauce with mine.
