Description:
Gorgeous, sweet and cream frosting. Not the the weight watching, but perfect on top of Carrot cake.

Ingredients: 

4 ½ oz full fat white cream cheese
8 ¾ oz icing sugar
3 ¼ oz butter
½ tsp vanilla essence
Juice of ½ a lemon
Directions:
  1. Soften the butter slightly and put all the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Mix on high with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

  3. Top cake of choice. Goes really well with carrot cake, or ginger cake.
