Cut up and steam the broccoli for 5 mins or defrost some frozen and add it uncooked.
Drain the salmon.
Make cheese sauce* (all in one recipe in 'sauces'.)
Place everything in a good sized baking dish ( I take the skin off and the big bones out of the salmon - my kids are fussy!).
If making this fresh and the ingredients are still warm this will take about 20 mins to brown a little in a hot oven.
If made earlier in the day, cooled and refrigerated it will take twice as long to cook through and brown.
